【摘要】:Theuseofthissurveyformwillprovidetheauditorwithaguideforevaluatinganagency.Thedescriptionoftheagency''sfacilityanditsorganizationwillaidtheauditorindeterminingiftheagencyhasadequatecapacityandcapabilitytofulfillthecontractualrequirement.Areviewoftheagency''spoliciesand/orpracticeswillaidtheauditorindeterminingiftheagencyhasadequatecontrolsonitssystem.Areviewoftheagency''srecordswillaidtheauditorindeterminingifthefacilitycomplieswithitsownwrittenpoliciesorpractices,orboth.Therecommendationssetforthinthisguideareminimumsandshouldbesupplementedbytheuser,asnecessary,tomeetthespecificrequirementsofthecontract.Theuseofthissurveyformprovidestheauditorwithapermanentrecordandincludesacorrectiveactionrequest.1.1Thisguideestablishesareasforreviewandprovidesasurveyformthatcanbeusedindeterminingthecompetenceofanondestructivetestingagency.1.1.1CriteriafromPracticesE543,E1212,andASNTSNT-TC-1A,ANSI/ASNTCP-189,andACCP-Rev.1,wereusedinthepreparationofthisguide.1.2Areasforreviewshouldinclude,butarenotlimitedto,thefollowing:descriptionoftheagency,itsfacilitiesandorganization;documentationofpoliciesorpractices,orboth,includinga)contractreview,b)equipmentcalibration,andc)personnelqualifications.1.3TheuseofSIorinch-poundunits,orcombinationsthereof,willbetheresponsibilityofthetechnicalcommitteewhosestandardsarereferredtointhisstandard.
