【摘要】:ThispartofISO16276specifiesproceduresforassessingthefracturestrengthofaprotectivepaintcoatingofanythicknessonasteelsubstrateofthicknessnotlessthan10mm.TheproceduresgiveninthispartofISO16276arebasedonmethodsusedwithdifferenttypesofpull-offtestequipment.Theresultsobtainedusingsuchdifferenttypesofequipmentarenotcomparable.NOTE1Substratesoflessthan10mminthicknesscanbetestediftheyarestrengthenedbythesandwichtechnique(seeISO4624)orbythenatureofthestructure(e.g.I-beamorbacking-plate).Otherwise,testpanelswithathicknessofatleast10mmcoatedinthesamewayasthestructurecanbe,used,orthemethodspecifiedISO16276-2canbeused.ThispartofISO16276isonlyapplicableifafracturestrengthvalueisspecified,togetherwiththetypeoftestequipmentandthemanufactureroftheequipment.Usually,thisinformationisincludedincontractdocumentation.NOTE2Avalueforthefracturestrengthisonlymeaningfuliftherequirementsconcerningtheambientconditions(see6.4.2)aremet.ThispartofISO16276alsospecifiessuitableequipmentanddefinesinspectionareas,samplingplansandacceptance/rejectioncriteria.Itdoesnotgiveanyvaluesofthefracturestrengthofdifferentprotectivepaintcoatings.
