【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60749establishesastandardprocedurefordeterminingthesolderabilityofdevicepackageterminationsthatareintendedtobejoinedtoanothersurfaceusingtin-lead(SnPb)orlead-free(Pb-free)solderfortheattachment.Thistestmethodprovidesaprocedurefor‘dipandlook’solderabilitytestingofthroughhole,axialandsurfacemountdevices(SMDs)aswellasanoptionalprocedureforaboardmountingsolderabilitytestforSMDsforthepurposeofallowingsimulationofthesolderingprocesstobeusedinthedeviceapplication.Thetestmethodalsoprovidesoptionalconditionsforageing.Thistestisconsidereddestructiveunlessotherwisedetailedintherelevantspecification.
